The production process of briquette charcoal primarily consists of four key steps: crushing, drying, briquetting, and carbonization. The raw materials for the sawdust briquette machine must have a fineness of 6mm or less, and the moisture content should be maintained between 8% and 12%. Therefore, the initial steps involve crushing and drying the materials to meet these specifications.

The raw materials need to be crushed into 3-6mm sawdust powder.
The dryer is mainly to reduce the moisture in the material, and reduce the moisture to 8%-12% according to the type of material.

The airflow dryer facilitates the mixing of wet materials with high-temperature airflow. This process effectively separates water from the raw material, utilizing a separator. The raw material enters the pipe via the inlet and is propelled into the cyclone by the wind fan, accompanied by hot air. Once dried, the materials exit the cyclone, while the waste heat and water vapor are expelled through the sand clones.
