The raw materials include: logs, branches, bamboo, shavings, coconut shells, rice husks, peanut shells, crop straws, and other wooden materials, etc.

Description Of Sawdust Briquette Machine

The sawdust briquette charcoal represents a novel type of charcoal that is crafted from biomass wood materials. When compared to traditional charcoal, it boasts several advantages, including a regular shape, flame resistance, and the elimination of dust explosion risks.

charcoal machine

The sawdust briquette plant features a rational equipment ratio connection, significantly reducing labor costs and enhancing production efficiency. Additionally, this briquette charcoal machine production line can be tailored to meet specific customer needs, offering both fully automatic and semi-automatic production line configurations.

Raw Materials Of Sawdust Briquette Machine

The range of raw materials for a Sawdust Briquette Machine is quite extensive, encompassing logs, branches, bamboo, shavings, coconut shells, rice husks, peanut shells, crop straws, and various other wooden materials.

In comparison to regular wood, this type of biomass charcoal exhibits numerous advantages. It ignites easily, boasts a higher calorific value (an increase of 20% or more), generates less pollution, has a high specific gravity, and is convenient for storage and transportation. This machine effectively utilizes agricultural and forestry residues such as crop straws or wood scraps, making them more valuable.

Sawdust Briquette Machine Production Line

The production process of briquette charcoal primarily consists of four key steps: crushing, drying, briquetting, and carbonization. The raw materials for the sawdust briquette machine must have a fineness of 6mm or less, and the moisture content should be maintained between 8% and 12%. Therefore, the initial steps involve crushing and drying the materials to meet these specifications.

First crushing process
The raw materials need to be crushed into 3-6mm sawdust powder.
The dryer is mainly to reduce the moisture in the material, and reduce the moisture to 8%-12% according to the type of material.

The airflow dryer facilitates the mixing of wet materials with high-temperature airflow. This process effectively separates water from the raw material, utilizing a separator. The raw material enters the pipe via the inlet and is propelled into the cyclone by the wind fan, accompanied by hot air. Once dried, the materials exit the cyclone, while the waste heat and water vapor are expelled through the sand clones.

The biomass sawdust briquette machine can convert the wood materials into hollow-rod solid fuel(Biomass Charcoal) under high temperature and pressure conditions.
The raw materials used are put into the carbonization furnace and then carbonized.
There are a variety of models of molds from the discharge port, and they can also be customized according to customer needs.

Advantages Of Sawdust Briquette Plant

The sawdust briquette charcoal emerges as a modern variant crafted from biomass wood materials. Distinguished from traditional charcoal, it offers advantages such as a uniform shape, flame resistance, and the elimination of dust explosion risks.
