Working principle of animal feed pellet machine

In the process of a feed line, maize and soya bean meal are first crushed into fine powder by a Grinding Machine. Other powder or soft materials, such as wheat bran, bone meal, microelements, and vitamins, are directly fed into the Vertical Mixing Machine without the need for crushing. These materials are mixed thoroughly and discharged into a hopper using a Screw Conveyor. From there, they are transferred to a Temporary Storage Silo via another screw conveyor.

Once in the silo, the mixed materials are uniformly and continuously fed into the Pellet Mill using a Screw Feeder. The Pellet Mill transforms the mixture into feed pellets. The pellets are then discharged into a hopper and conveyed to the Pellet Cooling Machine via a Belt Conveyor. During the cooling process, the hot pellets are cooled to a temperature not exceeding the room temperature.

After cooling, the pellets are screened by a Vibrating Screen to remove any impurities. Once screened, the pellets are ready to be packaged.
